Our physicians would like all patients to have this capability as it allows you to maintain your health record.
You will receive an invitation to your email address. It will read as Northpointe Ob/Gyn in the name field.
When you open the email, there will be a hyperlink (a web page address in blue), click on that and it will forward you to the landing page of MyHealthRecord.com.
Once reaching this point, you will be asked to establish a password and you are all set!
